Happy 2nd Birthday to Edsel!Its Edsel's 2nd bd Today ne! I hope she likes the pressies we gave her... heehee so happy tt I finally manage to find a board book of In The Night Garden for her! ^^v
Had a small family celebration for pretty Edsel yesterday in advance @ Ah Yat at Bird Park there, last year also at same restaurant but @ the old Turf club there now they moved to Jurong liaoz!
Before meeting up with my family, we went to JP Icing room cause I wana "diy" a cake for Edsel! Actually I thought of ordering cupcakes with the theme of "In The Night Garden" her fav. show... lol & I check out the price with them, for customization of theme min. 12 cupcakes & 1 costs $6++! So exp. ne... was disappointed for awhile... but the cupcakes were very the super sweet too so thought of ordering something else... then I suddenly thought of The Icing Room at JP...& thought... "Y dun I try to customise myself instead!?" & so...... My 1st customised cake... specially for my sis... Edsel... with her fav. character... Igglepiggle... lol
so many ppl watching me do... stress sia... dun laugh k... heehee, its my 1st time... >.<> as always... the food r yummylicious... & the songs they have there r very new ne! like KTV sia... the system too... ... when the 2 little sweeties met each other... they keep playing, keep running round n round... untill I see liao also dizzy... haha
finally... cake cutting session! (pity I didnt manage to take pic of the cake without candles... --) side of the cake was abit dented by side of the box... but... I think Edsel knew it was Igglepiggle on the cake... lol the cake size is just nice & taste good too! she's so cute lor... we haven started singing song, she very excited then blow off the candles liaoz... so kawaii... heehee
I suspect Edsel was terrified when she saw mum cutting up the cake aka Igglepiggle cause when they ask her to eat the cake after tt, (fyi, she luvs to eat ne!) she keep shaking her head & try to siam away saying: "Bu Yao.... Bu Yao..." in abit of scared tone... lol but in the end, she manage to overcome tt its just a "cake" & ate it... heehee

At the end of the day... the 2 little girls r sleepy liaoz... so back home we headed...^^ Glad to see Edsel enjoying herself yesterday ne even though her hand is bandaged, she must knw what has happened, smart girl she is & another strong girl too! had so much fun myself too yesterday... luv to spend quality time with my family ne!!! ^^v
