Darling's yrly cardiac check.

precious had her yearly cardiac check up today & everything goes well~ got Dr.Wong today and he was saying
Dr. Wong: "wao, Charlene big girl now~"
"do u like going to school?"
Darling: nodded :)

I still remember Dr. Wong as a fairly young doctor when darling was 1st admitted to KK,
he was the 1st doctor attending to darling & the only doctor who came in while me and darling were fast asleep in the toddler bed together... I can still remember I was so shocked n nervous to see him standing there when I opened my eyes, lol

Time flies... ...
and today cardiac clinic was much more quiet then usual,
its a good sign I hope :)
Dunno why but my heart was beating damn fast when we reached there,
esp. when I saw the echo machine... -__-'' phobia I supposed...

darling next appt. will be nxt year August ne,
which will arrive very soon again... cause its like time really passes so fast... ...

B4 heading to KK, we went to Bugis & brought darling to her fav. arcade in BHG

I managed to get all hoops in!
Dear2 cant and he was saying: "water too little lah... cant play!"
I proved him wrong though! :p

My precious and me... ... now that she is growing older day by day...
she really has alot of points alike me!
haha
like ... ...

keep asking me to bring her go shopping!
loves taking pictures... and striking pose... luvs Puri as well...
cannot mix food together eg. chee chong fan plate cannot put fried bee hoon on it cause dun wan the taste to mix!
likes dressing up... wana choose own dress and gives me comments on my dressing!
loves singing!

and I believe alot more... darling also has alot of similarities to her dad...
like she totally luvs super sour orange juice or lime juice!!! OMG
exactly like her daddy... ... -___-''
and lots more too...

Its really so amazing ne... to see ur little growing up with personalities... alike you and ur partner... heehee

超久没update blog了。。。
短短的时间发生了很多事情，不知要怎样说。。。

现在我回到了我以前的公司上班，只是temp而已，

很多东西都不一样了，人事部全改了，只有剩两位好同事还在那。。。
总之，现在是一步算一步！

只能说，半工半顾宝贝很累！-_-''

不过，一回到家看到宝贝
“妈咪！！！~~~” 的跑过来抱我，
工作一天的烦恼全就消失了！：）

现在开始工作了，
一到了周末就更珍惜和宝贝的时间，

就会带她去shopping~

上个拜六meet了HS在Bugis吃breakfast，

很久没拍puri，所以带宝贝一起！

是不是宝贝的干妈比我长得更像她妈妈呢？！？哈哈！

去了宝贝最喜欢的"doraemon arcade"...
因为那的games都比较适合小朋友！
meet 完了HS，就搭mrt到Jurong，
和mummy,sis, grandma在JP走走！

宝贝第二次到salooncut hair~

我们到了一家peranakan restaurant, food 还算not bad!

而却如果是坐在旁边的seat,backdrop 还很不错。。。可以拍照！:p

剪头发过后的宝贝和妹妹！

很会摆pose的两位宝贝。。。

还有好多backdated的还没update...
希望有时间的时候能Update！

现在的感觉真的是又紧张又兴奋。。。

第一次要到那么远的国家去！

约了老板明天，745am在机场，我们的班机是920am的班机，
六个钟头会坐到Seoul，然后换机要十个钟头才到SanFrancisco!!!
oh man... ... 真的是超久的。。。
到了SFO还需要搭一个钟头的机才能到Las Vegas！

希望我一到了那里会有力气去血拼！哈哈！
因为听说那很多factory outlets... 虽然本钱少。。。 -_-''
不过也要去一下吧！

其实我正正想去的是Venetian Hotel。。。
真的好漂亮。。。不知道老板会不会要去那 :p

不管怎样，一定要在工作上gambade!

hmm... 这间就真的是hotel 了，不是Inn
所以感觉不到那种country style 的feel了。。。

本来想带laptop不过老板说，去到那我就可以collect公司给我的laptop,
不用那么麻烦。。。这样看来，我第一第二天应该是没有internet用了ne!

再过三天，就要飞到vegas工作，

会待差不多十天左右。。。

感觉就好像从一个平淡的everyday life，

变成了多资多彩的挑战！

最近这几天都很忙。。。
刚办完了27号的event, 其实说起来是一个class，一个AV-Audio Visual class...

那天，我看到了旧同事和以前公司的顾客，
感觉就好像以前做工的情形。。。
一点也感觉不到我已经快要三年离开了工作岗位。。。
有几位看到我都很surprise!
问我为设么跟了现在的老板 :)
我看他们也感受不到我已经两年多没做工了吧！^^''

真的感觉就好像是两个月前而不是两年。。。 >.<
没想到过了两年，又回到了AV （*AudioVisual) 这行，
*请不要想歪。。。 :p
真的希望我能够做到最好！一定要！

时间真的很可怕，一眨眼就这样飞过了。。。
我永远都不会忘了在我身边支持过我的家人，朋友，同事和老板，一辈子到忘不了。。。

两年前的我因为生了宝贝，发现她有心脏问题需要开刀而放弃了工作。。。
现在的宝贝已经会跑，会跳，唱歌，画画，etc etc, 顽皮的很！而我也从一位23岁就放弃工作的妈妈，变成了26岁回到工作岗位的妈妈。。。

真的很amazing。。。突然有很多的感触。。。
所以写了这个post。。。

真的真的很勤兴。。。
能让我遇到这么好的老板s。。。现在的和以前的！

一群老是为我着想的朋友和家人。。。

和一位这么可爱的女儿。。。

My lodging in Vegas is confirmed!
Im staying in an Inn!!!
Residence Inn Marriot.

Since young, Inn has always appeared in most of my story books...
never been to one before ne!
Really like what I see from the web~ looks so cosy &
Akiyo says looks like The Sims family house!

the building looks small in pic but there are 200+ rooms!
so it must be quite big in reality... ...

hopefully my boss wont be thinking...

Finally...
after so many months of having the "sunshine" into our house...
we have our curtains installed yesterday... :)

darling is luving it too...
haha, went like... "woooo~~~ beautiful~~~"
when she saw this upon reaching home after her school yesterday... heehee
curtain in our MBR...
the length was a tart too long cause the measurements were taken b4 our cushion was installed...
:(
but ok la... we r still luving it... :)
at least now I can enjoy the nightview from my MBR...
cause we use to clip our old mattress protector on our MBR windows... haha
which means I cant touch it at all, closed means closed...
unless I wana climb up n clip it back again! :p

Will be flying to LA from 4th till 12th June...
its my 1st time going there & also taking a long distance flight ne >.<
hope everything will be ok....
Im so excited n gan jiong at the same time...
I believe it will really be an eye opener for me... going all the way to LA for such a big event held by our company!
I will get to see all the latest AV products etc... sounds cool...
only worry is tt Im afraid I might get lose in there :p

have been going out almost everyday in the mth of April... no time to waste!
Cause Im starting work tmr!!!
wow... after 2yrs... Im returning to work n in a totally different jobscope...
as for the month of May, I think I will be more like a PA to my boss ne cause still no laptop,
will either get it by mail from US or I might be flying to LA in June... might only ne...

tried her on half days last Thursday & Friday,
1st day alright enjoying her self, told me she danced... colour...
2nd day, half way, cry... tink gana bullied by one of the boy there... :(

oh man... she cried like dunno wat... but I have to let go... went to Hougang Mall juz nw... to wait till she finish her school cause dun wana hear her cries...
today same half day cause her principle say Sat Sunday rest... so Monday better half day,
dun force her... so brought her back today at 12+...
cried when she saw me!!! heart pain... haiz...

*宝贝的皮肤白到。。。每次近距离拍照有闪光的话，一定曝光。。。 lol
只看到了她的mini的眼睛和嘴，看不到鼻子。。。哈哈

我好开心。。。
好像很久没这种feeling了，
过了两年的时间终于要回到工作岗位，
这次的职位是Programme Coordinator 是我从来没做过的，
不过形式是有些一样只是公司卖的是不同的“产品”！
有时也要做类似Event Organiser 的工作，
真的很有挑战性！
而且，是超难得的机会。。。
真的要多谢我的“贵人”heehee
我希望能做得最好！

下个礼拜要找宝贝的学校，
希望能够找到一间有位置而却划算的。。。
还有宝贝喜欢的！〉。《

Princess Chen's 3rd Birthday~

今天是Edsel的三岁生日，
不过我们在上个礼拜天已经一起庆祝了！

Mummy 约了我们到dempsey 的Jumbo，
因为忙着聊天和吃，没有啥么拍到照。。。

终于到了切蛋糕时间！
我在SK DIY 了cake,
做了Cinnamon 的蛋糕！heehee

想把买给Edsel 的Hello Kitty 包包的照片找出来不过，
在网上只找到那些US sanrio的较便宜的。。。我买的那个。。是Jap Sanrio的!
跟网上的不同ne~
很适合Edsel，很漂亮如果有多点钱。。也买给宝贝。。。
因为真的很喜欢那个design! 可是就算要买也没有了！
因为我买了最后一个！另一个是Display 有点肮脏。。。
:(

不过在网上的US Sanrio 看到了一个在Spore Sanrio我看到的，
里面有糖果的包包！
想到Edsel应该会喜欢，因为她很喜欢strawberry... heehee

下一次，如果有去Sanrio一定买给Edsel！
希望我的工作有消息。。。就可以有多点钱了。。。 haiz...

上个礼拜，带宝贝到Compass Point 对面的PasarMalam，
是我们第一次自己搭巴士去那！
我还发现到我们家楼下的巴士满多的，满方便呢！

宝贝看到了那种$2 钓水玩具的，一直吵着要玩，
我们便一起钓到了8 号！
哈哈！是一支可以一摇便能变长而却有灯的玩具。。。
宝贝超喜欢的。。。

第一次玩bouncebounce的宝贝一直站在一旁不敢动。。。
当一个boy跳过的时候，她便倒在bouncebounce上面一直哭个不停还在发抖。。。
piangz...那时的我不知道要哭还是笑！哈哈！
幸好，那位nice伯伯看到宝贝那样。。。
把我们的票退回叫我让宝贝玩别样game... 要不然就浪费了$3!!!
是我太久没玩pasar malam的games 了还是怎样。。。

在KiddyPalace看到Jap 狗狗玩具便买了两只给两位宝贝。。。

两位宝贝开心的一起玩。。。
头头玩得很开心，到后面就会吵了，抢玩具！哈哈
不过，到了最后还是会和对方一起玩啊。。。吃啊。。。

Attended the Friso Okto road show @ Suntec last Friday with my aunt & her children,
our intention was to let the kids play... cause Okto keep having this comercial of kids playing etc & darling keep asking me to bring her there also... so we decided to bring them there let them play...

their main purpose is to play this... ...

theres this curious tots contest going on also, as the queue is not long, we decided to join also... haha
but they nvr smile la! cause its their naptime... -_-''

we go a goodie bag but its Friso...
now im changing darling's milk to Gain!

After suntec, rushed to SK, cause its MIL bd,
n she asks us to go here for dinner... went ourselfs cause dear2 still at work...
bought a DIY cake at compass point!

haha, but the person forgot to giv me candles!!! >.<
end up only cut cake n eat cause it seems like they dosent have the habit of having a cake on birthdays... ... -____-''

DYT @ Giant Tampines...

昨天，我们去了Tampines Giant买groceries...
在车场得时后，dear2 突然说: "你看你的偶像..."
me: "设么屁？"
dear: "呢！你看旁边！”
me: "喔。。。几葰一下。。"
当时，就看到戴阳天和一名男生站在carpark,Giant前面！
他本人真的很葰ne!
我还笑着说：“走leh,找他拍照leh!" haha
后来，到了Giant了，才发现原来他是来宣传Nescafe Ipoh white coffee的！
Timing 四点到五点~ 我们就是三点多到那的。。。
好奇之下，我们就走到了stage那，听到主持人说，买两包就可以和DYT合照。。。

当时crowd也不是很多，而却还不用排队，一买就可以马上玩luckydraw 和拍照。。。所以便买了两包。。。呵呵。。。

我们就继续在Giant shopping...
在我们排队要给钱的时候，主持就announce说，DYT 将抽出五名幸运儿，
和他在拍照还可以赢取一个goodiebag!
然后，到了第二位的时候，便听到DYT叫出我的名字。。。 KIM!
哇，几paisei一下。。。因为我从Giant里走出去。。。它们一直在找。。。哈哈！

他看到我走过去的时候，还说："哦，是刚才抱着baby的那位小姐！"
heng lor, 他没有说是auntie!!! 哈哈！

今天才知道，DYT 和我一样岁。。。1984 de...

赢到的goodiebag 里头，有一个罐Nescafe 粉，Nescafe毛巾，一罐Nescafe instant coffee, 一条kitkat, 一个DYT亲笔签名的海报。。。和一个heart shape photo clipper... >.<

DYT 的五官真的很好看啦。。。好像被他电到了。。。〉。《

Bought this kiddy plate from Giant yesterday,
with the hope tt darling can eat more using this plate...

steam fish with tomato, baby corn & carrots & some seasonings,
& darling ate finish the fish!!!
so happy ne!!!

but the rice she only eat 3-4 mouths lor... -___-
but better then nothing la... at least she finish the whole piece of fish!!!

三月的时光~

发出了对他的第一次冷战，他好像有被吓倒了。。。哈哈！
他对我解释说他在想东西，一直在为了金钱烦恼。。。
新家的杂费，电费，手机，保险，装修费，broadband，跑车，等等等。。。
让他喘不过气来。。。
haiz... ... 我想出去做工可是又还没找到childcare...
只好忍吧。。。我在我的身命中从没这么节省过。。。
希望真的会像观音娘娘的签吧。。。

上个礼拜，我最小的妹妹一直生病，而且还食物中毒！
听妈妈和婆婆说一向活泼的她病的躺在床上，没有力气说话！
因为一吃东西就吐。。。听了很心痛。。。
于是决定在Saturday,自己和宝贝搭地铁到BoonLay！！！
从Punggol到BoonLay。。。因为怕宝贝不能静静的待在MRT，
便在SengKang买了drawingblk让她画画！

哈哈！猜得到是elephant吗？？
宝贝说是：“EhPhantPhant!"

哈哈哈！！！
超可爱的，与其是那眼神！！！
宝贝，妈妈好骄傲哟! heehee

终于，到了JP！
妈妈它们都到了JP meet 我们，喝了一下OldTown咖啡，
便到妈妈家去！很开心看到小妹已经康复了！
会玩了~~~ （不过听婆婆说Edsel好像又生病了。。。）

一天很快就过了，和妈妈跟阿姨聊了一整天，

Sunday, dear2 带我们出去，宝贝好开心，
一直叫我帮她"say cheese", 就是她要拍照的意识。。。到了商场，给宝贝spot到了一间让kids 做art的店。。。
而且是一间没有大门的店。。。宝贝马上冲了进去。。。
乱拿店里的空artwork。。。我不好意识。。。
所以就买了一个。。。
选了kiki&lala的！对了。。。你没看错。。。
是我在做。。。宝贝自己在一旁拿了那些colour剂在纸上乱涂。。。

最近很烦。。。
从过年到现在，我和他一直不是很和气，从初二讲起我一年才回我的Great-grandmother的家一次，他就一直弄个脸一直垂我去他的一个auntie的家赌博，我知道他根本就没有心跟人家拜年只是一直要走去赌！叫他自己去又不要，一直逼我走。。。。。。

现在的我好像对他已经没有设么feel了，应该是因为每次跟他说话时，他都没有反应，
我也是人久了也会闷，还有很多很多，他让我觉得他把他自己和他的跑车看的比我和宝贝重要。。。最近突然有要单身的感觉，我希望他能够改变要不然我应该会真的对他好像陌生人一样。。。甘愿过自己的生活。。。。。。

而且还说得超大声。。。超兴奋。。。

宝贝前几天在玩ｒｕｂｂｅｒｂａｎｄ的时候，不小心打到自己的脸。。。

my fridge is running out of ingredients...
luckily still have 3 bars of Japanese Curry left... so decided to use it all up...
juz nice I hav chicken fillets, potatos & onions,
its very easy ne... juz saute all the ingredients with onions... then add water & the curry bar...

dinner for last night... jap curry & foo yong egg...
n today... decided to do Omurice...
juz fried rice with onions n mushrooms, tomato ketchup (yes... i only have canned mushrooms... heez)
no meat left except those CP fried chicken... so here it is...
as I prepare them during noon, did a bento for dear2, passed to him juz nw :)

darling have those disney magazine which she would flip n flip like she knw hw to read like tt as n when shes free...

it was a total disaster though... cant make it as nice as theirs...
& yes... i got my recipe from Takara Tomy... the crepe making toy... hahaa

i was abt to go Daiso to buy the whisk etc... but no time...
& I realise my hse did hav something which looks n works like e Takara toy...

spotted the above on our TV console juz nw after Im done with our brunch from kitchen...
6th sense, immediately I thought of the world "PIT"
cause darling has this one n only WordWorld DVD which she watched numerous times,
& one of the word they teach is PIT!

if u can see from above, she uses the letter "D" put opposite become "P",
although letter "i" she put wrongly... haha but it still loks like PIT right?!

& I was right, juz nw I ask her: "Wat is this??"
darling told me excitedly: "Word World!!!"

So I started spelling juz like hw they did in the show...
"P... I... T..."
then darling went like "PIT!!!"
excitedly... haha

I really think this wordworld DVD is very good for kids ne,
cause she learn alot of words from tt show like "CROWN" n
she will put this circle shape toy on ur head n tell u "wear Crown!"

HS wana come to e shopping mall @ Farrer Park with her mum n bro to buy CNY clothes,
so we were loitering around those malls along North East Line...
b4 heading to Farrer Park to meet HS during evening time!

Dear2 informed me tt he will working OT tt day,
only back home in e morning... so....
we ended up taking train to Jurong with HS n her bro n mum instead of Punggol & stayed at HS hse!

wanted to post this a few days ago but theres some problem with blogger...
oh well... ...

last few days, I tried cooking this steam mince pork on beancurd thingie... seasoned the pork according to an online recipe, the pork taste yummy!

use the remaning pork to fry eggs... yummy too!
Im luving my endo magic cooker!
bought it using dear2 dnd $100 taka voucher...
bought the small one after discount $49, its juz ncie for us ne!
can serve up to 4 bowls of soup & its so conveniant!!!
after boiling juz put inside the flask and it will cook by itself n remain hot/warm all the way even after 5hrs so nw when dear2 reach home late, he can hav hot soup ready to drink ne!

my darling disturbing... when Im cooking... ...
shes a little monster lor, keep banging the kitchen door when I dun allow her to come in,
pengz.

brought her to Sheng Song downstairs, the playground below our BLK finally ready
and tt area is unblock which means I can walk to Sheng Song more conveniantly now!

Darling finally had her hair cut last wkend...
its her 2nd time having a haircut in a saloon, 1st time when she was still a baby shaving...

I finally made up my mind to hav her hair cut... cause she would always do the action of "sweeping" her hair away from her cheeks cause too long liaoz... n everyone was asking me to cut her hair so she can play etc without keep sweeping her hair... hahaha... :p

we brought her to the saloon downstairs...

received the dining sets & sofa today!
we bought from Ikea yesterday ne!
actually dear2 intend to fix them himself but... ...
I cant wait for him to knock off la!!!

So... i tried assembling myself after darling fell asleep @ 4+pm... ...

seriously when I saw the chairs, I "hin" ne...
n started cursing also... wahaha
cause this is not the one i intend to buy... the one i wan no need to assemble chairs...

having a tough time assembling using the Allen Key...
for those who knw me will knw I will get dizzy after I hav use up too much strength...

although I dun really like this dining set...
dear2 had the measurements right, it fits perfectly within our Divider!
tks to our ID who did our divider in the wrong length (too short)....... -_____-
this seems to be the only dining set able to fit within otherwise the other dining sets would be too big n protruding out... haiz.

Started fixing the sofa!

its not like Klippan! where u juz need to place the cover n done!
the one we bought needs to use Allen Key to tighten n attach the side boards also...
n I need to place the covers for all the sides & cushions...

yesterday I experiance my 1st failure in cooking... -_-''
Claypot chicken n mushroom rice...
well... maybe I should not have follow the recipe to stir fry the rice b4 cooking it in the rice cooker cause my rice turn out hard lor... sianz...

anywayz... b4 yesterday, I can say tt I almost pass with flying colours... lol
Ive been cooking basing on online recipes Ive searched :)

other then the claypot rice, I tried cooking Tamagoyaki also yesterday & its oishii!!!
I luv it! it taste esp. nice after u have refrigerate it!

really taste like wat Ive bought outside ne! heehee

for my case, i did not add mirin & I only add sugar & soya sauce but it still taste great! ^^v

buy 4 packets free 1 bottle of dumpling vinegar.

its really very mini like 2/3 of ur finger & it loks kawaii ne!

everyday my duties from Monday to Friday would be looking after darling, preparing our brunch... & preparing dinner while darling is napping in the noon!
So practically my day is used up like that~

as per my previous post... had fainted... & perhaps due to being sick n the cough syrup, ive been feeling giddy n "soft" whole day for tt week...
dear2 suggested I go back n stay at Jurong, so went back & am happy tt mummy n "jiujiu" happen to be going to JE to visit Ah Gong.... from TV... soooooooo long nvr see Ah Gong ne....
I really miss him ne... althought didnt get to see him in real person, we manage to chat thru TV @ JE cisco, which I felt is much more conveniant ne! can chat for 30mins somemore, rather then going to changi, queue n queue, walk n walk then only can chat a few minutes nia...

& Im so happy tt Ah Gong told me he got a feeling Im visiting him today too as per wat he told his warden officer... :)
I tink almost 1year+ I nvr visit ah gong... cause am busy with Char so cant go... Im juz so happy to see him again & would surely go to JE again to visit ne!

after JE cisco, we went to IMM for lunch & I took a pic of Char & Edsel...

cause Ive totally no time to blog abt it...
moved in on 8th... but no time to use internet cause no broadband n busy packing...
Sis came n stayed on the 9th, went to Bugis on the 10th cause I need to get those Fengshui stuffs & got an amulet from Guan Yin temple to paste on our main door~

Darling insisted on taking puri when she saw the puri shop in bugis...
& so.... we have it... :)

spent almost whole day there & upon reaching Punggol,
decided to check out the playground, Sis said she has nvr "play" on a totally new playground b4...
n at night, while we were pretty boring with nothing to do...
I decided to giv my sis a make-over!

we managed to catch the 1pm show but we cant get inside as the queue has ended...

darling keep on crying n screaming lor when she cant get in n cant take pic with Hi-5...
hengz... we manage to catch the 4pm show... with aunt joining us cause she took leave!

super busy these few days... busy packing, moving tings over & cleaning the new hse...
the new hse is super dusty n is drving me crazy... ... n wipe until I almost collapse due to my bad spine after giving birth .... haiz...
but i hope all is worth it! but now its like... 24hrs/day is really not enough for me!!!

back from watching Thomas & Friends juz nw afternoon...
it was actually not my idea of bringing darling there... cause we juz went to the Hi-5 one recently & for the pasts... 2disney shows...

but... my little princess was crying so pitifully when I rejected her...
she was telling me she wana go watch... when she saw the adver... (she seems to knw its a "performance" whenever she saw an adver. with the Characters shown dancing etc WITH an Uncle voice announcing the dates.... venue... time... etc... -___-'', so is tt a good or bad thing....?)
And.... when I told her: "no darling, we juz watched Hi-5, no thomas show ok..."
N she goes... crying seriously can see its like super disappointed & sad kind....
so... ....
my princess have it... ... -_-''

shes very distracted by the crowds today... & keep wanting to rush into the theatre...
no heart for photography....

after sitting in the front rows aka most exp. rows... for 3 shows...
I decided to get the middle seats for this one...
it was not really crowded...
& seriously... but I have to admit I was almost day-dreaming throughout the show...
cause I felt too much conversations going on... ...
I guess most of the parents felt the same way cause not much response was given...
BUT my darling was sitting still for the 2hrs show fixing her eyes on the stage lor!
she threw her temper though... when I tried to hug or kiss her, she push me away...
& I realise tt she seems to be angry for me not buying those souvenirs... cause maybe she saw the kids having them... n not her... :(
she even refuse her milk lor even though I knw she must be really hungry cause morning only drank milk once!
Seriously I got to admit... Thomas e train.... is really not my kinda "fav. carton or character"

my little princess finally replied me after ignoring me for the 1st 1& 1/2hr show...
cause I asked: "ok darling, so do u wan the Thomas lighting?"
darling: "mas train lighting...?"
me: "yes, darling do u wan that?"

can see from her face, super hungry & tired looking...

n well... after she got the lighting, she finally drank her milk... ...
buay tahan!!!!!!!!!!!

the only part I enjoyed slightly was the ending... ...

but I knw my darling enjoyed the show cause she was having her eyes fixed on them for the whole 2hrs... & trying to tell her daddy abt it excitedly when she met him...
so... well... I guess all is worth it... hmm!

Headed to new nest juz now...
& finally... I get to see the baywindow cushion....................

I am so luving it!
& so do darling!

she keep asking me to take pics of her lor... while she poses on the cushion... ...

cant wait to for our bed to arrive tmr... singnet coming to fix broadband tmr...
curtains to be up on 11th & & & christmas eve @ my new nest!!!

BUT before all those enjoyment...
i got to wipe the kitchen cabinets tmr........
wipe darling cabinets tmr........
ficing those deodorant/ anti-bacteria papers in the cabinet tmr...
vacuming the flrs tmr.....
mopping the flrs tmr......
packing the clothes tmr........
washing the pots n pans n plates etc tmr.....
washing the bed sheets n clothes tmr......
omg.... so many things!!!
hopefully I can finish them all tmr........

went to pick up our washing machine from dear2's cousin yesterday,
so lucky cause they have won a washing machine from a lucky draw
n dun need it so asks if we wan it ^^v
drove his auntie's Rush... still feel Rush is more comfortable then Rex leh... :p
& more spacious... if only I have license... & $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
then can keep the old Rush... n drive myself... :(

me n dear2 moved up the washing machine ourselfs ne!
heng only 6.5kg... so manage to move up ourself!

finally went over last friday as dear2 was off & its Akiyo's 13th BD!

the day of our 1st batam trip set off!
reached Harbour Front @ 8++am cause we over slept! lol

the wait for the ferry was super long lorz... n super crowded...
so as were waiting we snap n snap... haha

finally... our ferry arrived...
us in the ferry, the one we were abroad towards Batam sucks abit lor...
but the one we were on back to Spore is good! heehee
was feeling giddy at the beginning too long nvr on ferry...
n darling... tks to the shaking, she fell asleep while hugging me... heez

Batam Day 1

finally we arrived!!!
on Harris bus~ HS say should be "big orange or small orange"
but it was a little white bus leh to fetch us... :p

when we arrived, we were served melon juice...?
& hot towel... quite nice ne the service~

Our room was Trendy Suite n HS's was upgraded to Cabana room too~
while in the lift to our room, they have this backdrop in the lift which is sea side & beach...
faster asked dear2 to help me snap... haha

OMG it was painful lor... even though I asked her to be softer... oh man...
esp. my spine... cause after birth/ epidural, my spine hurts easily... always pain n ache...
but can feel after tt my whole body is more relax la... hmm...
& the msg lady say "I Inu Inu, "inu" in jap is dog btw... lol
then she say beautiful... then i was like err... "no la after birth fat..." haha
I was thinking issit she wans my tips... wahaha

Batam Day 2

met HS at the pool @ 9am our time, their time: 8am!

we were at the sheltered pool!
plainly juz playing water nia...
the water not very clean leh... lotsa of leaves... n twigs... n plastic?! n small small black dotty dirts i suppose... :p

breakfast buffet after bathing after our swim!

the buffet was so-so la... like wat u eat at home lor...
scrambled eggs... plain porriage... hotdogs... etc...

darling with her "god-father", i like those pics leh... very natural... walking together... lol
& this turtle cute leh...
when saw us talking abt him... he swam towards us... o.O

both getting gan jiong whether the ball hits the pins or not...

went to new nest last night cause ID say almost everything done,
today they will fix PD door then peel off the flr protection sheets liao n wash!
then put new sheets again to repaint n touch up etc!

which means......................

my new nest will be completely ready by this wkend...?!? (>.<) took some pics last night! the lightings done by dear2 & his uncle!!!

lighting in kitchen, one bulb broken need to go change...
the rests 2 types of downlights on false ceilings!
& 2spotlights in MBR wardrobe side... lol
dear2 says its nice but very "eat" electricity so no need open too much LOL
almost all lightings from his uncle... except the rooms ones! heehee
which means we hav extra lightings, going to exchange for some other lightings maybe this wkend!

The lightings in our rooms... ... mentioned b4 darling's room colour turn out to be like purple even though the name is

Darling & I went to Bugis yesterday, thought wkdays... would not be so crowded & darling is Guan Yin's god-daughter so must go n pray skali... reach there raining then temple super crowded! got ppl used loud speaker "controlling traffic" somemore, darling very cute leh... she pray liao then she clap clap clap like knw is Guan Yin's birthday... lol

B4 we set off, while I was preparing, darling drew this n told me "apple"! then she clap at herself feeling proud... ...

My darling turned 2 on last Sunday!

Brought her to the zoo... alot of pics... trying to scrap blog them... so nw juz a summary... ^^
woke up @ 7am... to prepare... & darling 8am... so basically we were all very tired... -_-

"Darling, mummy is so proud of u cause knwing wat u have been through & seeing u the gal today, mummy is really glad that god did look after u too, enabling u to be so healthy now, even though u have been getting more n more naughty...

the cake was actually not really a cake though... more like agar agar... with very strong strawberry milk taste! me & aunt were saying its like drinking Meiji strawberry milk but dear2 & Akiyo were saying it taste like Marigold strawberry milk... lol
But anywayz the kids luv it! Edsel n Char n Akiyo were eating them non-stop... :p

anywayz... the ktv session was fun ne,
1st time been to the new Kbox... the system kawaii ne...
got those "applause... whistling..." effects... damn funny...
can bluetooth somemore... shitz i didnt record my own singing...

1st was the hood... they say will call me 1hr b4 reaching... but didnt... end up I called them & they told me they reaching in 15mins..........

& today was the lightings... mentioned will inform me day before delivery but...
no call... went to check the invoice saw they got my hp number wrongly... additional 1 number...

so call again n same ting... arriving in 20mins...

this few days has been quite fulfilling for me cause I have been going out continuously...

last Friday, went to Tampines to take dear2 nokia HP to repair... 2nd time liao...
dun really like nokia brand... this is the only brand which I have used before keep going to repair centre... -_-''
anywayz... Akiyo called me cause she finished her examz... n came to Tampines to meet me!

decided to go Great World after tt...

darling was actually sleeping in my arms... till we went to this shop

saw alot of pretty kawaii mini sofas... darling was so excited when she saw it... n keep sitting on the diff. designs.. ... took some pics...

its so kawaii lor... really feel like having it cause it would good for my "mini guests" heehee

But its costs $300+ $400+... ...

& I saw this clock which I totally luv it too...
felt it blends with my home theme... costs $168 i think...

exp ne... saw their webbie most of their items r specially designed or from europe... so I guess tt explains the pricing part..

Akiyo stayed with us on Friday night... >.< @ SK room... yeah... dear2 slept on "tilam" on floor... :p Went to IMM on Sat. to pay the rests of the deposit for our bed & changed to King size... ... cause we felt Queen is too sqeezy for 3 of us... Im always like a sardine in the middle... & my back hurts... so decided to get King size! top up $300 the bedframe we hav choosen, think its the cheapest one in Sealy... ours is dark brown colour, cant wait for it to arrive... ...

Sunday, dear2 went up to "open" holes for the downlights...

we arrived "tabaoing" food for dear2 @ 12+noon... confirmed our laminates with ID around 2+pm, by tt time darling is damn pek cek cause hot+ hungry... so we decided to wait in car...

Finally we bought the feng shui Koi painting!

actually I wanted to seach for something like... "modern kinda" Koi paint... but it seems that would not be a feng shui painting anymore... :(

Anywayz... after meeting with our ID, he recommanded us to a shop for lightings...
while we were driving there, pass by an Art Gallery shop so ask dear2 to drop us there to search for Koi paintings... heehee

when I told him I was looking for Koi paintings, immediately he took out his collections of Koi paintings & showed us, actually I had my eyes on a more modern/ abstract looking Koi paint,
it looks totally cool ne, its 3d & he told me its done by a famous Sporean artist,
after discount its $600+

he started asking me y Im looking for Koi paintings & when he knew its for feng shui purpose,
he advise its better to get feng shui paintings... heehee
& this one is highly recommanded by him... ...

& yes... we got that... we will have it in a Canvas kinda display,
we hope it will look good ne!!!

stated tt I feel quite disappointed in our 3D designs...
& tt it seems to be done without much effort...
most may be acceptable but the one on darling's room... juz makes me feel its a copy from another project or so... ...

feel the colours choosen dun really match...
some may find I very picky... but well..
we tried to talk to our ID abt wat we wan... but he always dun wana listen n juz answer us:

we walked... & shopped in Kino etc... ended up again @ Meidi-Ya cause Im tired of chasing darling all around Liang Court... ... & guessed she's tired too...

she fall asleep on the trolley...
many passer-bys keep laughing when they saw darling sleeping on the trolley... >.<'' finally... darling's god-mother is here!!!
& we had dinner @ Saizeriya, my fav. place to makan @ Liang Court,

cause it seems like our dream of having our very own cozy place is coming sooner n sooner!!!
Im so excited choosing/ shopping for the stuffs we need in our new place BUT tt also means we r getting more broke... xp
But overall I think is worth it ne! to create our home sweet home!
dun think we will be selling it... gonna stay till old... so hope to make it nice nice cozy cozy :)

finally received them after around 1mth of waiting...
actually planning to use it only after we move house... but since darling has not much appetite recently due to her fever, decided to open up & try...
its so mini ne, heehee
will fit nicely into kids bento box like the box shown above,
& true enough... while I was doing, darling already started "mum mum!"

for the past few days... evern her fav. food, we give her she also dun wan lor...
in the process of doing it...

my little darling still having fever... but bo pian last day to collect keys...
but she still enjoy herself yesterday leh... n surprisingly her fever dropped while we were outside... yesterday morning her fever hit 39.4, the highest so far...
but till now lingering between normal temp. 36+ to 37+, hopefully it will not rise any further ne...

Cant wait to step inside our hse this Monday!

dear2 send me & darling to Kallang to watch darling's fav... ...Hi-5 concert!

while we were entering, darling saw the stage & went like...
"Waaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh~"

Darling was actually very sleepy... cause its her naptime... -_-''
but she keep looking around at the crowd slowly falling in...
its the 1st time darling had a seat on her own while watching a show ^^''and when the show finally started... ...
someone is very the attentive... ...
she still has tt sleepy eyes though... :p
but my precious manage to finish the whole show without sleeping... haha
I asked her to stand up n dance but she throw her temper by turning her head away from me...
maybe she's shy... must be thinking...:
"mummy, r u crazy? wan me to stand on my seat n dance?!? Im shy!!!"
well... but during mid-show when Hi-5 request the children to join them at the foot of the stage... she wana join... but didnt let her... cause we were sitting in the middle... of the 5th row very near but very diff. to get out... ... n nobody to help lok after tings if we go in front...
*only children from the front premier rows r allowed to join ne!
Guess darling is disappointed... cause she cant join ...
Darling, when u older Hi-5 come again, mummy bring u go ok!

Overall, its a very nice show! Lotsa singing n dancing, role- playing n drama, very nice n entertaining!

received the jap. sandwich cutter I bought online yesterday from Shop and Bake

saw this quite some time ago & thought it would be nice n convenient if I were to prepare sandwiches like this for dear2 to "tabao" & easier to feed darling too!
Really like the design of making the sandwich "sticking" together so the fillings wont drop off!

Tried it out today morning, prepared 4!!! for dear2's breakfast for him to bring to work~
tadang!~~~~~
thinks it loks cute, like a bun or burger... xp
& it did not waste any extra bread... cut juz nice to leave only the skin ne!

had the same for me & darling's breakfast too...
decided to try it out on the bread "skin" too... n realise its actually quite nice to eat...after "kiaping"! haha

Met up with HS @ SSC last Sat. actually meeting at orchard but I change location last minute cause I saw hi-5 is going to SSC~ even though we going to their concert on 13th, thought wana bring darling to check it out, see wats her reaction... heehee

when we enter into the entrance of SSC cause... u can see this once u walk in...

after 2mins, HS arrived!

darling got quite impatient while we were eating...

Juz went to ION last Sunday cause wana try the R Burger,
the shopping reminds me of shopping centres in HKG... ...

anyway... its very empty for the top few flrs most. prob. mostly r branded stuffs... haha
but the basement- B4 where there is mrt link n foodcourts/ market is quite crowded!
Im delighted by the many choices of so called "authentic" Jap. food there!

Off to R burger to tabao for grandma & mummy etc cause grandma wana try ^^
read online, the ingredients for the burger bun has collagen!
the tofu burger is abit dissapointing so r the tofu nuggets,think the best should be the R burger (beef) & Ume chicken burger ba!

the many foods we tabaoded back to Jurong!
one of the food we had there was bought from Tsukiji Gindaco
selling takoyaki, decided to join in the Long Queue~~~ it really looks authentic enough~
n taste not bad too~

we also tabaoded a kind of "huat guai" lookalike from Jap,
the red bean one is nice~

cause when we applied for the BTO flat in 2006 we r not married yet... heehee
actually was planning to get married & have dinner after we took the keys but darling came along... lol
