yesterday I experiance my 1st failure in cooking... -_-''
Claypot chicken n mushroom rice...
well... maybe I should not have follow the recipe to stir fry the rice b4 cooking it in the rice cooker cause my rice turn out hard lor... sianz...

anywayz... b4 yesterday, I can say tt I almost pass with flying colours... lol
Ive been cooking basing on online recipes Ive searched :)

other then the claypot rice, I tried cooking Tamagoyaki also yesterday & its oishii!!!
I luv it! it taste esp. nice after u have refrigerate it!
really taste like wat Ive bought outside ne! heehee

for my case, i did not add mirin & I only add sugar & soya sauce but it still taste great! ^^v

Tried cooking also Brocolli with mushrooms & bean sprouts,
taste great too ne!

had tried some others too but did not snap pic,
one of dear2's fav. is lotus with pork rib soup!
easy & simple to cook!
Juz put the boiled pork rib, lotus & red dates all into boiling water n let it cook for 2hrs & voila~
Nice & healthy soup! :)

Bought this LeLe brand Xiao Long Baoz & Dumplings from GIANT tt day,
buy 4 packets free 1 bottle of dumpling vinegar.
Ok so do I sound like a 100% auntie now...? -_-''

anyway I blog abt it cause they have this mini dumpling for kids & my darling totally luvs it!
its really very mini like 2/3 of ur finger & it loks kawaii ne!
Its filled with chicken & carrots with no msg n preservatives~

darling ate 4 at the sampling counter!!!
the auntie keep giving say she very cute then keep giving damn funny...
then darling also.. keep asking for it too... oh man...
tts the reason y we bought it... haha
YUM!

& at home... guess wat... she can finish 10-12 of it by herself... ...

As for our hse... its still very empty ne...
lok like a toy house?!? haha
hopefully it will be fully furnished when dear2 take his bonus!!!

today, im cooking laksa fried rice!
scare i will fail again.. cause it seems like I have a phobia liao for cooking food with rice in it...
