Have been seeing the news reporting about Punggol Waterfront Town & the plans on Punggol these few days...
really looking forward sia...
esp. the Town Centre, looks so nice!
like vivo kind... but when i saw the luanch date for the town centre 2011/12, i sian half... still so long... which means by e time finish building will be around 2013?
Charlene will be 5 yrs old liaoz by then...& me... 28?!?

& the one circled in beige is my blk!!!

Received an email from HDB tt there new BTO in SK & Punggol,
when i saw the Punggol one- Punggol Sapphire, my 1st thought was
"wah, chio leh...y mine not so chio... sian"
but when i saw the price... also very chio haha
4-rm starting from 234k to 305k!!!
geez... so exp!!!
hengz tt time i bought my flat early sia... ... if not hw to afford???
