As usual watched Kids Central with darling today & there was this show "Mystery Hunters" which really capture my attention... Although u may think its a kiddy show... the contents are really amazing & not kiddy at all, the kids travelled & explored to try solve alot of unexplanable facts & beliefs in the world other then the normally investigated "aliens" "bigfoot" etc,
some interesting ones like the one Ive watched today is "Iced Mummy" located @ Lima-Peru, (what im typing below is taken from their website: http://www.mysteryhunters.tv/map.htm)
"Dead bodies have been found on a mountaintop in Peru. They were brought down for examination, & ever since, some bad things have happened in the town. Christina's (one of the explorer) investigation takes her to a lab where she discovers the bodies brought down are ice mummies. Examination of the bodies and a CT scan of the best-preserved one, Juanita, reveals she was sacrificed with a blow to the head. The sacrifice to appease the Gods took place more than 500 yrs ago."
In the film, they really shows the "Iced Mummy" very detailed & shows how they preserve the mummy!
And another interesting case in today's show was about "Cryonics", you can read more abt this on http://www.alcor.org/index.html, Alcor is also a place where you can pay & have ur body preserved... ... they were explaining dead bodies are kept there so in the event if there is any future medicine tt may bring dead alive... these bodies can be revived.. scary hor??? They even explained how it is done, when they receive a dead body, they will drain off the blood & replace it with a kind of chemistry liquid... & then the body is kept in a metal coffin where it is inserted in containers filled with liquid nitrogen @ -196dg

Scary right? And u can even choose if u wan preserve ur head only...with ur brain so in the event if they have any new medicines for reviving... u can still have ur old memory... ... & grow a new body...
I see liao also hair stand sia... n they interviewed this 16 yr old boy.. whom has sign up for the "head only" he said he wans to cause he hopes even after he is dead, one day if he can wakes up again, he wans to have his old memory.
Hmm... ... if for me... die is better then having ur head chopped off after dead... even if there's medicines to revive in future... how long would it be...?

Imagine u wake up with ur old memories... n found all ur love ones gone... etc... how would u feel...? scary... ...
Whatever it is... what we know for now is that we are still alive now!
& while we are alive, we should treasure our lifes & know how to care for our love ones & do what we think is right ne!!!
