 Im very sianz now, darling's bill from KK has arrived, b4 subsidised 20k, after subsidy around 7k & my boss is asking me to pay back one week pay for the month of Jan cause my maternity only ends till the 3rd week of Jan but they pay me one whole mth salary.
And the one week pay is like more then 1/3 of wat i take home every mth cause include CPF must pay back also, super sianz lor.
Seriously speaking im abit disappointed, ya i knw its not his company, he's also a worker but... dunno wat to say la, just abit cheng sim, & i told them I would pay $100 mthly cause now i have no income n every mth i still have to settle my insurance payment etc.
I knw he's following the book, maternity leave only 12 wks but i see alot of my relatives or friends if on maternity, their boss all let them take 3 mths, n when i say 3 mths its like 1st Nov. till end of Jan.
Maybe he's not really happy with me taking 1 yr unpaid leave but i have mentioned tt if i resign it might be better for the company cause i knw its very long & also in 1 yr's time, they can hire someone to do my job & by one yr time, tt person should already be very familiar with everything & I would not be needed anymore but he says if I wana resign I would have to pay back 1 mth salary to the company & since company wans to wait for me then y i wana resign...
Wah, like tt i very "luan" leh i really dunno wat exactly, he may be helping me in a way but... aiya i dunno la, just very sianz right now.
And i give birth to darling then i will take up the responsibility to take care of her no matter wat it costs, sorry if u think im not thinking logically but to me, family is everthing to me & im willing to sacrifice.
Maybe its my fate, since young my path of life has not been a smooth one full of Ups & Downs, just have to admit to Fate & thanks heaven for moulding me into a stronger person day by day. |
