After Surgery Day 3
Yes... here i am at Delifrance in KK again...cause the boy whose bed is opposite darling has been to surgery for the 4th time, poor boy...(he have 2 holes & some vessel problems, really hope he will be fine ne) and the surgery just finish so again need around 1hr for the nurse to prepare everything...b4 I can go inside the ward to see darling. Happy tt all 3 tubes which had been connected to darling's chest to drain off the dirty blood had been taken off, & her condition is stable ne, hope it will get better day by day!!! Mummy loves you darling & I know u can do it!!! Now i keep thinking who to find to look after darling, mum & aunt just visited darling & mum says "you dare to let ppl lok after Charlene?? this is a major surgery u knw, after this surgery need at least 2 yrs also for total recovery..." ya i knw too...
think some ppl just think "aiyah, heart surgery only ma- mend the holes, after this ok liao"
But do you all knw HEART is the most important organ in human body? Without HEART, our body cant function at all~ so which means a Heart surgery is aint as simple as what you think~ Ya surgery leg, hand etc just open & close ya cause the heart is still working & pumping ma to keep the body functioning. But how to operate Heart when a person need it to function? Have ppl ever thought of this question? I dun think so...
During an Open Heart Surgery, a special machine is used cause when heart opened- nothing to keep the body working right?? Nvr thought of this right?? When the heart is opened, this means nothing is working to keep the body functioning thus a special machine is used & after operating, the heart is connected back again to the body to make it work again, so can u imagine wat happen if theres anything wrong with the "machine"? or the vessels or vains connected wrongly etc? (& our body have dunno hw many thousands or millions of vessels running?) Amazing right???
